It depends on the size of the space and the finishes you choose - a rec room and a full basement apartment are very different jobs. We quote every basement in person, free, with the price in writing before work starts.

How long does it take?

Timelines depend on scope. We'll give you a realistic schedule with your quote and keep you updated as the job moves.

Can you add a kitchen or bathroom in the basement?

Yes - we've built basement apartment kitchens (Vaughan) and powder rooms, and we handle the drywall, ceilings, cabinets, tile, and paint that tie them together.

Do I need a permit?

Many basement projects do, especially apartments. We'll flag where permits apply during the walkthrough so there are no surprises.
