FAQ
A pipe just leaked. What should I do first?
Shut off the water to the area if you can, move anything valuable out of the way, and take photos of the damage - they're useful for insurance. Then call us and we'll come out, open up the damaged area, and quote the full repair.
Can you just patch the stained spot?
If the damage is only cosmetic, yes. But stains often mean the drywall behind is soft or the framing is wet. We'll tell you honestly which one you're dealing with - patching over real damage just means paying twice.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes - we've completed kitchen flood repairs coordinated with a client's insurer, and we'll provide clear written quotes and documentation for the repair scope.
